Captains Softball Camps

 

Super swings is a clinic designed to work on your swing mechanics and privide many drills you can take home with you.  That way you can take quality swings all other days of the week to get better and better!   There is more than just the swing, so we will add timing drills, pitch selection importance and focus on appraches to enhance a players ability to hit to their potential.

• We will be indoors at the Freeman Center fieldhouse area at CNU 
• Check in will take place 10 minute prior
• There will be water provided (please bring your own water bottle)
• Bring your bat, batting helmet and batting gloves if desired 
• Instruction provided by Captains coaches and players with a 5:1 ratio
